Refund Policy
At SUAVÈ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, unworn, complete and in its original condition and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration or improper handling may not be accepted. All original components, protective materials, packaging and accessories included with the order must be returned.
Registration & Inspection
To request a return, please contact us at hey@suavejewelry.com with your order details and reason for return.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Once the inspection has been completed, you will be notified by email whether your return has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
Return Costs & Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, defective or damaged item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. SUAVÈ is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our customer service team. Items sent to an unauthorised address may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hey@suavejewelry.com, including your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Denials
SUAVÈ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy, including items that:
- Have been worn, used, damaged or altered
- Are incomplete or missing original components or packaging
- Are returned outside the applicable return period
- Are sent to an unauthorised return address
Where a return is declined, the item may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
