ORDERS & RETURNS
You can cancel your order any time before it has shipped. Because we pack orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sava-amsterdam.com, or use the returns and cancellations option in your account.
If your order has already shipped, you can still return it for a refund within 60 days. EU and UK customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery.

Shipping is completely free worldwide – on all orders, no minimum spend required.
A tracking number is supplied via email after the order is processed.
Please email info@sava-amsterdam.com as soon as you realize you have submitted the wrong address and our customer service team will gladly assist you.
If your item arrives damaged, please keep all the packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send a picture of the package, items, and any notes from the delivery company to info@sava-amsterdam.com.
We'll help you either get a refund or replace the item, depending on what's wrong.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers everything we state won't happen to your SAVA piece.
Starting to see tarnishing or fading on your item? We'll replace it.
Manufacturer defects? We'll replace it.
Just email a photo of the item to our support team at info@sava-amsterdam.com along with your order number, and we'll process a replacement item for you or SAVA Amsterdam store credit to spend on something else from our store.
No questions asked, no judgement, no fuss.
Our Lifetime Warranty only covers what we state won't happen, if your SAVA piece is lost, stolen, damaged purposely or damaged via a third-party, we can't cover this. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item voids the warranty.
This warranty applies once per item, in line with our fair use policy.
SAVA implements a fair use policy within the lifetime guarantee, reserving the right to reject claims if the policy is being abused.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order ships, we'll send a separate email with your tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping times typically range from 7-15 business days, depending on the destination and the chosen shipping option.

Yes — all our watches are 5ATM water-resistant, which means they're built to handle daily life and more. You can wear them in the rain, while washing your hands, in the shower, or even while swimming and diving in shallow water. Just avoid deep-sea diving or high-pressure water sports.
Yes — every watch includes a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
CARE FOR YOUR PIECES
To preserve the condition of your watch, clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoid exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures and unnecessary impact.
Our watches are water-resistant up to 5 ATM, offering protection against everyday contact with water. Exposure to hot water, steam and prolonged submersion should be avoided.
Our watches are crafted from high-quality stainless steel, selected for its durability and resistance to tarnishing. Proper care will help preserve the original appearance and finish of your watch over time.
Yes. Direct contact with perfumes, cleaning products and other chemicals should be avoided, as these may affect the finish and appearance of the watch over time.
PAYMENT
We accept Ideal, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amex, Union Pay, and Shop Pay.
You can also split your payment into 3 using Klarna or Shop Pay.
